Hello world! Vallory here, living this vegetarian life for over 4 years. I'm a 30 something professional currently living right outside of Philly. From the first day of a Daniel Fast, all the way to today, vegetarian eating has been a journey of discovery. Whether trying a new recipe or checking out the five star or under the radar veg spots, this foodie life is always an adventure. I love travel, interesting reads and of course great food.
