Banana Nut Bake with #Traderjoes #PumpkinSpice and #Redpepper for a Kick!
SO many great flour free banana bake recipes out there, so i will add mine to the mix!
I like to add a mix of nut, chocolate chunks, peanut butter chips, lots of seeds and (for all those pumpkin fans of which i am NOT) pumpkin spice mix! I love eating these for breakfast with a boiled egg YUM and healthy!
Recipe:
2-3 Ripe Bananas
2 cups Oats
1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Seeds: Chia and Hemp
Nuts: Almond and Walnut
Add-ins: Chocolate Chunks and Peanut Butter Chips
Seasonings: Salt, Pumpkin Spice and Red Pepper Flakes
Coconut Oil
To Make:
Smash bananas then add oats and applesauce and mix. Add all other ingredients to taste being careful with the red pepper flakes (i only did 3 shakes). Place mixture into a lightly oiled pan of choice by pressing to about 1 inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown and edges pull away from sides.
Note: Add more bananas, oats and applesauce for bigger pans/more servings.
